Carlos brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the automotive retail industry, having worked across all facets of dealership operations — from Sales to General Manager roles at multiple Ford and Honda franchises. His career has also spanned the trucking industry for the past 7 years, where he has held leadership positions in Retail Operations and development of high performance teams.

Building on his deep industry knowledge and leadership skills, Carlos has successfully launched Truck and Trailer Directory LLC. This venture embodies his commitment to delivering exceptional value, driven by the belief that the true worth of a company lies in the quality of its people and the satisfaction of its clients.

Dawn Cruff

Dawn Cruff is an Associate Broker with a rich background in sales and marketing spanning over three decades. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mayville State University, specializing in Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, and Psychology. Dawn's career highlights include serving as Vice President/Sales Manager for a Midwest Custom Home Builder for 13 years and a decade-long tenure as a Real Estate Sales Agent. Her dedication to service is reflected in her leadership roles, such as Rotarian of the Year (2023-2024) and Vice President (2024-2025) at Maple Valley Rotary Club, and Board President at Maple Valley Black Diamond Chamber. Dawn is known for her exceptional skills in sales, marketing, management, customer service, and negotiation. Beyond her professional achievements, she is deeply committed to giving back to her community through volunteerism. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys golfing, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new destinations through travel.

With a keen attention to detail, Zoe ensures seamless coordination and execution of logistics operations. Her strong communication skills enable effective interaction with clients, carriers, and internal teams, facilitating smooth logistics processes from start to finish. Known for her reliability, Zoe consistently meets deadlines and exceeds expectations in delivering exceptional service. Outside of work, Zoe finds joy in spending time with her horses, reflecting her commitment to balance and dedication in all aspects of her life.

Todd is a seasoned professional with over three decades of diverse experience in business and sales. He graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, laying a strong foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. For 15 years, Todd thrived in the manufacturing sector, where he honed his skills in leadership, innovation, and operational efficiency.

In pursuit of new challenges, Todd transitioned to transportation sales, where his expertise in sales, negotiation, and customer satisfaction flourished. He takes great pride in building meaningful relationships with clients and finds immense satisfaction in helping others achieve their goals.

Outside of his professional life, Todd is a devoted grandfather to nine grandchildren, who keep him joyfully busy. He enjoys traveling and is an avid sports fan, often attending games to cheer on his favorite teams. Todd's commitment to both his career and family reflects his sincere approach to life, driven by a passion for helping others and creating lasting memories.

Previously serving as a Senior Account Manager and Sales Team Leader for a 3PL Austin has an extensive background in the transportation industry. In 2023 Austin was awarded "best in class" for exceptional sales performance and leadership development. Prior to his sales experience Austin obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University. After graduation Austin worked with at-risk youth in a residential setting specializing in behavioral and mental health stabilization. Outside of his professional life Austin is an avid sport fan and enjoys spending time with his son Brooks and Fiance Danielle.

Hello, my name is Gabe Taormina and I am an independent broker at Truck and Trailer Directory. After graduating early from Red Mountain High School I became interested in sales, and started off selling home security systems. And after a brief stint in car sales I found myself here at Truck And Trailer Directory. Everyday I strive to aid my clients in finding quality products in their price ranges. When I am not working I enjoy playing Counter Strike 2, learning new things, and spending time with my family.

Jeff Dentz

Jeff Dentz brings nearly three decades of hands-on experience in the transportation and automotive industry to our Truck and Trailer Directory team. With 28 years as a dedicated service technician, Jeff has a deep understanding of both new and used vehicle systems. He previously served as a Service Department Manager at a new car dealership, where he successfully led operations, built a skilled service team, and maintained a profitable, customer-focused department.

Jeff also brings frontline sales experience from his time at GATR Truck Centers, where he specialized in the sale of new and used trucks—earning a reputation for building strong, lasting relationships with clients. In addition to his technical and sales expertise, Jeff holds a CDL Class A license and has experience as a driver for an LTL carrier, handling freight pickups and deliveries with professionalism and care.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys making the most of the outdoors. In the summer, you'll find him fishing or hitting the trails on his bike or on foot. When fall arrives, he looks forward to hunting season.

Her academic journey is complemented by valuable hands-on experience gained from her previous roles, including a significant stint in the restaurant industry. Through these positions, Laila developed strong customer service acumen and enhanced her ability to collaborate effectively within teams.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Laila enjoys immersing herself in nature. She finds solace and joy in hiking, often exploring the natural beauty of Oregon with her friends and family. Her passion for the outdoors not only enriches her personal life but also reflects her commitment to maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle.
