Carlos Garcia

Carlos brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the automotive retail industry, having worked across all facets of dealership operations — from Sales to General Manager roles at multiple Ford and Honda franchises. His career has also spanned the trucking industry for the past 7 years, where he has held leadership positions in Retail Operations and development of high performance teams.

Building on his deep industry knowledge and leadership skills, Carlos has successfully launched Truck and Trailer Directory LLC. This venture embodies his commitment to delivering exceptional value, driven by the belief that the true worth of a company lies in the quality of its people and the satisfaction of its clients.

Dawn Cruff

Dawn Cruff is an Associate Broker with a rich background in sales and marketing spanning over three decades. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mayville State University, specializing in Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, and Psychology. Dawn's career highlights include serving as Vice President/Sales Manager for a Midwest Custom Home Builder for 13 years and a decade-long tenure as a Real Estate Sales Agent. Her dedication to service is reflected in her leadership roles, such as Rotarian of the Year (2023-2024) and Vice President (2024-2025) at Maple Valley Rotary Club, and Board President at Maple Valley Black Diamond Chamber. Dawn is known for her exceptional skills in sales, marketing, management, customer service, and negotiation. Beyond her professional achievements, she is deeply committed to giving back to her community through volunteerism. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys golfing, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Todd Cummings

Todd is a seasoned professional with over three decades of diverse experience in business and sales. He graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, laying a strong foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. For 15 years, Todd thrived in the manufacturing sector, where he honed his skills in leadership, innovation, and operational efficiency.

In pursuit of new challenges, Todd transitioned to transportation sales, where his expertise in sales, negotiation, and customer satisfaction flourished. He takes great pride in building meaningful relationships with clients and finds immense satisfaction in helping others achieve their goals.

Outside of his professional life, Todd is a devoted grandfather to nine grandchildren, who keep him joyfully busy. He enjoys traveling and is an avid sports fan, often attending games to cheer on his favorite teams. Todd's commitment to both his career and family reflects his sincere approach to life, driven by a passion for helping others and creating lasting memories.

Austin Eckerd

Austin is a dynamic sales and leadership professional with a proven track record of driving business growth, mentoring high performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. Austin has demonstrated expertise in building strong long lasting relationships and implementing efficient processes in fast pace sales environments. Previously serving as a Senior Account Manager and Sales Team Leader for a 3PL Austin has an extensive background in the transportation industry. In 2023 Austin was awarded "best in class" for exceptional sales performance and leadership development. Prior to his sales experience Austin obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University. After graduation Austin worked with at-risk youth in a residential setting specializing in behavioral and mental health stabilization. Outside of his professional life Austin is an avid sport fan and enjoys spending time with his son Brooks and Fiance Danielle.
